Tina Leigh Coggins Puckett, 47, of Caraway, Arkansas departed this life on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born on September 24, 1974 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Freddie and Patsy Ishmael Coggins. Tina was a member of the First Baptist Church in Brookland, Arkansas.  She enjoyed fishing, hunting, sports, shopping and spending time with her family,

She is preceded in death by her father.

Tina is survived by her husband of twenty-one years: Michael Puckett of the home, mother: Patsy Coggins of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one son: Wyatt Wheaton of Caraway, Arkansas, two daughters: Grace Ann Puckett of Caraway, Arkansas and Ava Marie Puckett of Caraway, Arkansas, three brothers: Freddie L. Coggins of Brookland, Arkansas, Terry Lee Coggins of Brookland, Arkansas and Gary Lee Coggins of Brookland, Arkansas.

All services will be private.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.
