Sara Simmons

Sara Collins Simmons, 80, of Marked Tree, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, March 18, 2016. She was born on July 11, 1935 to R.G. and Cordalia Austin Collins. She was a member of the McCormick Baptist Church in Trumann and she enjoyed spending time with her family and reading.
Mrs. Simmons is preceded in death by her husband: Charles Simmons, her parents, daughter: Rhonda King, 5 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
Sara is survived by 2 Sons: Charles Simmons, Jr of Marked Tree, Arkansas and Jerome Simmons (Becky) of Marked Tree, Arkansas , 2 Daughters: Sherry Fountain (Robert) of Proctor, Arkansas and Pam Tacker (Dennis) of Tyronza, Arkansas, 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 3:00 to 5:00 at Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
Funeral will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11:00am at Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
Interment will follow at Tyronza Cemetery in Tyronza, Arkansas
