Sandra Strickland

Sandra Lea Strickland, 73, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  She was born December 19, 1946 to Adren Lewis “Doe” and Joda Ella Steakley Strickland.

She was a member of First Assembly of God in Lepanto, Arkansas. Sandra taught school for forty years at Missco and Manila Schools.  She enjoyed decorating cakes, reading, genealogy and was a glass collector.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Sandra is survived by one brother: Dr. Gary Strickland (Lisa) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one sister: Charlotte Strickland of Lepanto, Arkansas, one niece: Savannah Strickland of Jonesboro, Arkansas and her Aunt: Junette Gist of St. Louis, Missouri.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home, Lepanto, Arkansas.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto, Arkansas.  Reverend Gary Finley will be officiating.

Mask are required at all times during visitation and graveside services.  You must provide your own mask.
