Roger Dale Willbanks, 72, of Keiser, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Harris Healthcare in Osceola, Arkansas. He was born on July 21, 1952, to Charles C. and Gladys Wheeler Willbanks in Osceola, Arkansas. He was a retired mechanic and a member of Brinkley Chapel Baptist Church. He enjoyed rebuilding old cars. He lived in Keiser his entire life and loved his city. He would patrol the town taking the same route every day. Roger always had a joke and loved to share them with anyone he met, he never met a stranger. He loved his dogs: Roxie, Max, Buster, Jake and Tater. There is so much more that could be said about Roger, but the pages would not hold all the stories and wonderful life he lived. He will truly be missed by many.
Roger is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by one Brother: Charles W. Willbanks and his wife Cynthia of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, one sister: Linda Gail Beason and her husband Wayne of Frost, Texas, two nephews: Charles W. Willbanks, Jr. and his wife Kim, Rob Beason and his wife GayLynn, two nieces: Teresa Beason, Jennifer Ramsey and her husband Joe, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.
A visitation will be held at Delancey Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Honorary Pallbearers: Bud Johnson. Wayne Beason, Glenn Austin, Charles Willbanks, Jr., Jim Hewlett and Rob Beason.
Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home, Lepanto.
