Robert Smith

Robert Carl “Jitter” “Shorty” Smith, 78, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, January 26, 2018.  He was born on January 23, 1940 to Claude Raymond and Wilma Dunnaway Smith.

Robert was a retired factory worker, of the Church of God faith, loved hunting, fishing, loved his family and loved all babies.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son Robert Alan Smith, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 1 Great-Grandson.

Robert is survived by his wife of 31 years: Mildred (Hubble) Smith, 2 sons: Carl Smith and Kyle Smith of Lepanto, 2 daughters: Debra Lowry (Tharon) of New Franklin, Mo., Patty McCullar (Tracy Darting) of California, 2 brothers: Claude Raymond Smith, Jr of Oklahoma and Anthony Smith of Harrisburg, Ar., 3 sisters: Kay Faulkner of Harrisburg, Ar., Rose Cockrell of Pennsylvania and Phyllis Forrester of Oklahoma, 7 Grandchildren and several Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 1:00 pm til service time, funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Interment will follow at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto, Arkansas.
