Ricky Lee Brown

Ricky Lee Brown, 61, of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on Tuesday May, 3, 2022 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  He was born on July 4, 1960 in Tyronza, Arkansas to Fred Lee and Ima Jewel Curtis Brown.  He was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed mowing the yard and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one son: Ricky Lee Brown, II, one brother: Freddie Brown, two sisters: Carolyn Hindman and Patsy Talley and one great grandson: Dawson Lee.

Ricky is survived by his wife of forty-one years: Joyce Buckner Brown of the home, two sons: Kevin Lee Brown (Kristen) of Hernando, Mississippi and Hunter Lee Brown of Marked Tree, Arkansas, one daughter: LeAndrea Sue Guy of Trumann, Arkansas, one brother: Travis Brown of Tyronza, Arkansas, four sisters: Ann Holt of Lepanto, Arkansas, Darlene Calhoun of Lepanto, Arkansas, Mashell Bly of Marked Tree, Arkansas and Sandra Wood of Olive Branch, Mississippi, four granddaughters: Addison, Hay Hay, Hadleigh and Harleigh and one grandson: Karter.

Funeral service will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. and visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree Arkansas.

Interment will follow at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Brother Zach Davis will officiate the service.
