Paul J Green

Paul J. Green, 93, of Lexa, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at his home. He was born on May 16, 1931, to Ed and Ethel Huskey Green in Kennett, Missouri. Paul was retired Chief of Police and Mayor of Earle, Arkansas and a Marine Veteran.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Joyce Ann Haynes Green, parents: Ed and Ethel Green, five brothers: Bon, Herman, Benard, Charlie and Jim Green and one sister: Pat Williams.

Paul is survived by one son: Terry “Slick” Green (Tina) of Lexa, Arkansas, one brother: Bill Green of Perryville, Missouri, six grandchildren: Kellie Phillips of Alexandia, Louisiana, Kayla Green of Milo, Arkansas, Brooke Harper (JC) of Batesville, Mississippi, Barbara Dawson (Will) of Bryant, Arkansas, Lois Shahan (Joey) of Wynne, Arkansas and C.J. Sexton (Kayla) of Bono, Arkansas, seventeen great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

No services will be held at this time.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
