Paul David Borden

Paul David Borden, 58, of Etowah, Arkansas, passed away at his residence on Thursday, February 13, 2025. He was born on August 13, 1966, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Paul G. and Patricia Ann Kennedy Borden.

Paul was a devoted member of Soul’s Harbor Church in Manila and had a deep love for music. A talented drummer and guitarist, he could play any instrument with ease. He also enjoyed watching Bob’s Burgers and cherished spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren, siblings.    

 He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Borden, and his nephew, Brian Keith Borden, Jr.

 Paul is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Theresa Borden of the home; his father: Paul G. Borden of Etowah, three sons, Paul David Borden II of Etowah, Adam Borden and wife Brandy of Gosnell, and A.J. Borden of Etowah; one daughter, Kristen Hilburn and husband Greg of Etowah; two brothers, Patrick Borden and wife Mae of Manila, and Brian Borden and wife Rosie of Maynard; one sister, Kim Miles of Etowah; and eight beloved grandchildren: Jake, Maci, Noah, Nolan, Benny, Olivia, Colton, and Hayden.

 A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto, with visitation from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah.

 Brother David Fair will officiate the service.
