Mark McDaniel

Charles Mark McDaniel. 65, of Tyronza, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, January 31, 2025, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on August 12, 1959, in Memphis, Tennessee to Charles Grier and Doris Jean Freeman McDaniel. Mark was a member of First Baptist Church in Tyronza, a retired volunteer fireman for Tyronza Fire Department, former officer for Tyronza Police Department and a member of Tyronza Hunting Club. Mark enjoyed hunting, fishing and cooking, he loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister: Sandra McDaniel.

Mark is survived by his wife of thirty-five years: Melody Justus McDaniel, three sons: Greg McDaniel (Gina) of Marion, Matt McDaniel (Brittany) of Ridgeland, South Carolina and Justus McDaniel of Tyronza, nine grandchildren: Alyssa, Andon, Makenna, Easton, Adlee, River, Willow, Ramsey and Ridge, two nieces: Stacy Andres and Stephanie McCullough and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 2:30p.m. at The First Baptist Church in Tyronza.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 1:30p.m. until service time.

In lieu of flowers family requests memorials to be made to Tyronza First Baptist Church or Tyronza Volunteer Fire Department.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree.
