Karen York

Karen Sue York, 61, of Tiptonville, Tennessee departed this life, Saturday morning, February 6, 2016 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Karen was born April 28, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to Winford Quay and Loretta (Richmond) Walley. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and a son, Christopher Walley.
Karen is survived by her son: Robert Thacker; mother, Loretta Walley; brother, Robert Walley; 2 sisters, Donna Tyler and Joyce McCoy, all of Tiptonville, Tennessee and 2 grandchildren; Wesley and Brionna Thacker.
Memorial service will be held, Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 11 am at The Abundant Life Fellowship Church in Ridgely, Tennessee with Rev. David Gray officiating. Murphy Funeral Home, Lepanto, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
