Julie Ann Herrera, 67, of Joiner, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, December 25, 2020 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on March 1, 1953 in Biloxi, Mississippi to Bill Welch and Essie Mae “Sissy” Glover Rogers.
She is preceded in death by her father: Bill Welch, step-father: Lloyd B. Rogers, mother: Essie Mae “Sissy” Rogers, brother: Tommy Welch and son: Max Herrera.
Julie is survived by her son: Felix (Lacie) Herrera of Wilson, Arkansas, two granddaughters: Juliana and Charlotte Herrera of Wilson, Arkansas, two special nieces: Caitlin Herrera of Frenchmans Bayou, Arkansas and Tracey Howard of Joiner, Arkansas, two sisters: Gayle Welch (Bobby Prescott) of Joiner, Arkansas and Janet Cissell of Joiner, Arkansas, six brothers: Mike (Nadine) Welch of Waterloo, South Carolina, David (Lisa) Welch of Plant City, Florida, Greg Rogers of Joiner, Arkansas, Jon B. (Michelle) Rogers of Joiner, Arkansas, Ben Welch of Joiner, Arkansas and Chris (Connie) Welch of Paragould, Arkansas, three nephews: Josh Cissell, Stephen Cissell and Casey Welch, three nieces: Stephanie Kotlarczyk, Alicia Boyd and Trisha Scott and a host of other family, friends and neighbors.
Memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 1:00p.m. at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held from 12:00p.m. until service time.
