Joseph Cox Jr.

Joseph “Joe” Cox, Jr. 89, of Smithville, Arkansas departed this life on Saturday, December 28, 2019.  He was born on June 28, 1930 to J.R. Sr. and Olga Mills Cox.  He attended the First Baptist Church in Smithville, worked at Snyder for 28 years and he was the proud owner of show horses and Tennessee Walkers.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Joe is survived by two sons: Ricky Mack Cox of Flint, Michigan and Joseph Prince of Carthage, Missouri, one daughter: Diane Ray and two brothers: Pete Cox of Lepanto and Bill Cox of Jefferson City, Missouri.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto.
