James Jones

James Dale “Buster” Jones, 68, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, April 16, 2021 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  He was born on August 28, 1952 to Stanley and Christine “Pete” Mason Jones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one daughter: Tiffany Benton, one brother: Michael Jones and one sister: Sandra Morisett.

Buster is survived by one son: Jeremy Jones of Trumann, Arkansas, three daughter: Melissa Eure of Suffolk, Virginia, Jamie and Crystal Worth, two brothers: Bo and Mattie Jones of Lepanto, Arkansas and Keith Jones of Lepanto, Arkansas, three sisters: Susan Price of Lepanto, Arkansas, Angie Jones of Lepanto, Arkansas and Annette Jones of Marie, Arkansas, seven grandchildren: Levi Jones, Dakota Jones, James Benton, Gage Jones, Aidan Tackett, Jailyn Ray and Sierra Eure and one great grandchild: Brycen.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 3:00p.m. at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

A gathering will be held from 2:00p.m. until service time.

Arkansas Department of Health recommends when you cannot social distance a mask or other face covering should be worn.  Thank you for your cooperation to maintain safety while offering condolences to the family.
