George Counce

George Earl Counce, 73, of Tryonza departed this life August 26, 2021 at his home.  He was born to Marvin and Mary Olline Nixon Counce in Turrell, Arkansas on May 6, 1948.  He worked as a brick layer and sheet rock hanger. He loved to shoot pool, deer hunting and anything outdoors. He loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, two brothers: Donald “Hoppy” Counce and Carl Counce and one sister: Linda Harlow.

George is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years: Audrey Counce of the home, one son: Jeremy Counce (Taylor) of Trumann, Arkansas, two daughters: Sherl Ingle (Chris) of Judsonia, Arkansas and Carla Counce of Marked Tree, Arkansas, three brothers: J.L. Counce of Marked Tree, Arkansas, Jimmy Counce of Marked Tree, Arkansas, David Counce of Marion, Arkansas, and six grandchildren: Brayden, Chevy, Jordan, Carley, Kashleigh and Kalleigh.

A Memorial service will be held at Marked Tree Church of God, Marked Tree, Arkansas on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.
