Deona Gayle Plunk

Deona Gayle Plunk, 54, of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, February 21, 2025, at her home. She was born on November 21, 1970, in West Memphis, Arkansas to Forest Colon and Joyce Marie Trantham Vickers. Deona attended Marked Tree Church of God, loved to shop and working at the nursing home helping and caring for others. She loved people and would do anything for anyone and was always willing to do anything she could to help.

She is preceded in death by her parents, aunts, uncles, and other family members.

Deona is survived by her husband of thirty-three years: Robert Plunk of Marked Tree, one son: Keenan Plunk fiancé (Andrea O’Neil) of Black Oak, one stepdaughter: Michelle Baddilo of Marked Tree, one sister: Larinda Mayfield of Calico Rock, one sister-in-law: Patricia Bromley (Gary) of Marked Tree and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial service will be held Friday, February 28, 2025, at 2:00p.m. at Marked Tree Church of God in Marked Tree.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree.
