Dennis Russell

Dennis Ray Russell, 71, of Etowah, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday, August 23, 2020 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  He was born on May 5, 1949 to L.V and Syble Elrod Russell.  Dennis was a member of the Pentecostals of Carroll’s Corner, he enjoyed playing his guitar, preaching, singing, visiting and doing things outside.  He loved spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one daughter: Vanessa Russell and one brother: Ricky Russell.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 48 years: Melvy Russell of the home, one son: Audie Russell (Debbie) of Carroll’s Corner, Arkansas, three daughters: Regina Brumley of Floral, Arkansas, Tabitha Lindsey (Phillip) of Manila, Arkansas and Christy Tidwell (Philip) of Manila, Arkansas, three brothers: Logan Russell of Tyronza, Johnny Russell of Heafer, Arkansas and Stevie Russell of Heafer, Arkansas, seventeen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 2:00p.m. at Manila Cemetery in Manila, Arkansas.

Mask will be required and worn at all times.  You must provide your own mask.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.
