Delbert "Bert" Milton

Bert Milton, 73, of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, March, 30, 2022 at his home.  He was born on August 12, 1948 to Delbert Lee and Doris Jean Dennis Milton in Wynne, Arkansas.  He was of the Pentecostal faith and a Christian man.  He loved his family, all people, his friends, life and his beloved dachshund, Katie. Bert enjoyed cooking out, having fun, laughing, a big jokester, and he would give you the shirt off his back. He loved fishing, hunting and the outdoors.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents: Curtis and Dolly Milton and Jim and Gurtie Dennis, two sisters: Darlene Cunnings and Linda Jean Neal.

Bert is survived by his wife: Cathy Gray of the home, one daughter: Tiffany Mitchell and Marcus of Clinton, Tennessee, three grandchildren: Alexa Wright and Andrew, Dylan Mitchell and Shelby, and Hannah Mitchell. Seven great grandchildren: Layla, Ezra, Jaxon, Jayde, Luke, Liam, Javin and one on the way, two brothers: Bryan Milton and Dena of Wynne, Arkansas and Rodney Milton and Sheila of, Vandale, Arkansas, two aunts: Mary Wilson of Wynne, Arkansas and Brenda Rushing and Mack of Wynne, Arkansas and one uncle: Curtis Milton and Tommie of Colt, Arkansas.

A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Marked Tree Church of God in Marked Tree, Arkansas.

Interment will follow at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.

Brother Patrick Tucker will officiate the service.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
