Cynthia Carol Cline Tucker, 82 of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on May 11, 2022 peacefully in her home surrounded by family. She was born on April 5, 1940 in Tyronza, Arkansas to Harry Otis Cline Sr. and Tola Faye Cagle Cline.

She was a graduate of Marked Tree High School. Cynthia went on to marry the love of her life Wilce Dean Tucker. She retired as a purchasing agent from Hauserman Company after 46 dedicated years. Cynthia was a devoted member of the Marked Tree Church of God for 51 years and and loved teaching children’s Sunday school. She was strong in her faith and spent many Saturdays ministering in her community. You could hear her every Sunday in the choir with that beautiful alto voice. She was so proud of her faith and left a powerful and wonderful legacy to her family and all those who knew her. Cynthia, loved to fish and her favorite pastime was trout fishing on the White River. Out fished everyone but never told you her secret. She loved sports and spent many nights in basketball, football and baseball stands. Cynthia was an excellent cook. She spent countless hours in the kitchen preparing meals that 5-star restaurants would envy.

Cynthia was a loving dedicated wife, mother and “Mamaw Tuck”. She was a fierce defender of her family while always the consummate peacemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Tola Faye Cline, brother James Otis Cline, sisters Mae Perkins and Katherine Cline and one grandson, Colby Byram Morris.

She is survived by her loving husband Wilce Dean Tucker of 65 years, two daughters Sherry Gray (Ricky) of Marked Tree, Arkansas, Cynthia Tucker (Stacey Stanfill) of Munford, Tennessee, one son Patrick Tucker (Angela) of Marked Tree, Arkansas, two sisters Gloria East of Marion, Arkansas, Gail Nichols of Marked Tree, Arkansas, and one brother Harry Cline Jr. of Cherry Valley, Arkansas. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and her 2 dedicated pups Lady and Missy.

 

Funeral services will be held on Sunday May 15, 2022 at the Marked Tree Church of God. Visitation 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. and service at 2:00 p.m.

 Interment following at the Nichols Cemetery in Lepanto Arkansas.

 

Arrangements are under the care Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
