Claude Easton

Claude Glenwood Easton, 80, of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at his home. He was born on March 12, 1937 to Claude and Polly Beatle Easton. Mr. Easton served his country in the U.S. Army and retired as a Master Sergeant. He was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church, a member of the American Legion and active in his community. Claude enjoyed woodworking, fishing and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Claude is survived by his wife of 24 years: Barbara Hatley Gibbs Easton of the home, three daughters: Sheri Lung of Marked Tree, Arkansas, Regina Swan of Wynne, Arkansas and Shelley Driver of Tyronza, Arkansas, one sister: Suzie Williams of Marked Tree, Arkansas, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and four best friends: Ted Hayes, Carl Cox, Jimmy Gryner and Robbie Bankston.
Funeral service will be held Friday June 30, 2017 at 11:00am at Trinity Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 10:00am until service time.
Interment will follow at Marked Tree Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to Trinity Baptist Church.
