Charlene Clifton Harris, 89, of Memphis, Tennessee departed this life on Friday, December 2, 2016. She was born on March 17, 1927 to Bill and Mary (Effie) T. Kennedy Clifton. She was a member of Highland Heights Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, she was a retired seamstress and a member of the Eastern Star.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Charlie Harris and her parents.
Charlene is survived by 4 daughters: Diana Mitchell of Memphis, Tennessee, Billie Barton of Memphis, Tennessee, Linda Noe of Covington, Tennessee and Cindy Yeager (Phil) of Rosemark, Tennessee, 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 1:00pm at Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
The family will receive friends from 11:00am until service time.
Interment will follow at Marked Tree Cemetery.
