Carroll Edward Maddox, 78, of Marion, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, October 25, 2024 in West Memphis, Arkansas. He was born on November 9, 1945 in Dyess, Arkansas to Brady and Pernie Lawson Maddox. He was employed with Steepleton Tires for twenty-seven years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, gardening and supporting his favorite team, University of Arkansas. His family was his life and he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was happiest riding 4 wheelers with his grandsons.
Carroll is survived by three daughters: Nancy Law of Nashville, Tennessee, Carolyn Ocampo of Lakeland, Tennessee and Rebekah Vinson of Marion, Arkansas, his girlfriend: Maria Ford of Marion, Arkansas, one sister: Eva Blanks of Marked Tree, Arkansas, six grandchildren: Tyler Stephens of Princeton, Texas, Dane Law of Nashville, Tennessee, Taylor Ocampo of Nashville, Tennessee, Adia Law of Nashville, Tennessee, Edan Law of Nashville, Tennessee and Owen Vinson of Marquette, Michigan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Services will be at Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas
Interment will follow in Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are: Tyler Stephens, Edan Law, Donald Maddox, Dane Law, Owen Vinson and Lance O’Brien.
