Carrie Anita Merritt, 60, of Tyronza, Arkansas departed this life on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on August 15, 1963, in Norwalk, California to Robert Alvin and Mary Evelyn Ham Dexter.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Wayne Merritt, parents and one daughter: Dolly Mae Price.
Carrie is survived by two daughters: Sarah Armstrong and Shane of Tyronza, Arkansas and Robin Clark and Nate of Searcy, Arkansas, one brother: Robert Eugene Dexter and Barbara of Marked Tree, Arkansas, six grandchildren: Brayden Clark, Emma Clark, Makenzie Armstrong, Keegan Clark, PJ Clark and Neveah Dixson and a host of other family and friends.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
