Brenda Whitlow

Brenda Joyce Whitlow, 66, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life September 1, 2020 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  She was born December 8, 1953 to Charles and Maxine Hamm Barnes.

She was of the Baptist faith and loved spending time with family and friends.  She was a beautician, loved shopping and was crazy about her grandkids.

Brenda is preceded in death by her husband: Wilbur Whitlow, her parents and 1 brother: Jim Ed “Trigger” Barnes.

Brenda is survived by 2 sons: Heith Whitlow (Shannon) of Henderson, Texas and Chadwick Whitlow (Toni) of Mountain Home, Arkansas, 2 brothers: Thomas Barnes of Lepanto, Arkansas and Don Harwood (Lou) of Batesville, Arkansas, 1 sister: Sheila Bryan (Johnny) of Etowah, Arkansas, 6 grandchildren: Heather Stacy Strickland of Henderson, Texas, Hailey Jones (Colton) of Henderson, Texas, Anessa Whitlow, Chassie Whitlow, Chadwick Whitlow, Jr. and Christopher Whitlow all of Mountain Home, Arkansas and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Friday, September 4, 2020 at 1:00 pm at

Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Interment will be at Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah, Arkansas.

Mask are required at all times during visitation and funeral services.  You must provide your own mask.
