Billy Raines

Billy Carl Raines, 25, of Williford, Arkansas departed this life on Thursday, September 20, 2018.  He was born on October 26, 1992 to Carl and Mary Smallwood Raines.

He is survived by his parents: Carl and Mary Raines of Williford, Arkansas, three sons: Noah Carl David Raines of Williford,  Arkansas,  Brody Duwayne Wade Raines and Benelli Jace Raines both of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, two daughters: Dixie Grace Raines and Sierra Cheyanne Raines both of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, two brothers: Chad Raines (Deanna) of Biloxi, Mississippi and Rodney Raines of Williford, Arkansas, five sisters: Brittney Ward (Dexter) of Lepanto, Arkansas, Angel Laden (Timothy) of Lepanto, Arkansas, April Yelverton of Lepanto, Arkansas, Shana Raines of Trumann, Arkansas and Jessica Raines of Searcy, Arkansas and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held Thursday at 6:00pm at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:00pm until service time.
