Billy Couey

Billy Ray Couey, 58, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on January 15, 2018 at his home.  He was born on July 24, 1959 to Charles and Earline Newman Couey.  He loved riding around, hanging out with friends and watching The Hogs play.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Billy is survived by his daughter: Nikki Couey (Matt Maddox) of Lepanto, Arkansas, sister: Susan Vaughn of Lake Village, Arkansas, grandson: Canden Maddox and one grandchild on the way and a good friend and caregiver Donna Trulove.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 12:00 to 1:45 at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Graveside service will be held Thursday at 2:00 at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto, Arkansas.
