Betty Aaron

Betty Jean Aaron, 86, of Marked Tree departed this life on Monday, November 5, 2018.  She was born on February 21, 1932 to Lee Andrew and Irene Lillard Kirkland.  She was a founding member of Central Baptist Church in Marked Tree, she volunteered for Three Rivers food pantry and she was an avid supporter of The DAV on the Captains team.

She is preceded in death by her husband: George Joseph Aaron, her parents and sister: Edna Merel Hardin.

Betty is survived by her son: Joseph Lee Aaron of Marked Tree, daughter: Diane Aaron Lowry of Flint, Michigan, brother: Jim D. Kirkland (Carolton) of West Memphis, sister: Linda K. Wamble of West Memphis, aunt: Inez Lee of Paradise, Texas, two grandchildren, four greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 1:00pm at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 12:00 until service time.

Interment will follow at Tyronza Cemetery.
