Alice Stricklin

Alice Stricklin, 91, of West Memphis, Arkansas departed this life on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at The Springs of Avalon Nursing Home in West Memphis.  She was born on December 27, 1931, in Weona to Gerald Oliver and Ethel Lillian White Foshee.  Alice was a housewife and took care of her family.  Her family was her life.  She was a member of the First United Methodist church in Marked Tree.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Henry Stricklin, one daughter: Sharon Cupples, one sister: Pat Moudy and her parents.

Alice is survived by her daughter: Carol Riley of West Memphis, one sister: Geraldine Overbey of Payneway, five grandchildren: Justin Riley (Kellie) of Crawfordsville, Alicia Farmer of West Memphis, Rob Cupples (Shanon) and Nathan Cupples (Lauren) both of Marion, and Jeff Riley of Redbanks, Mississippi, ten great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Services will be private.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
